from group chats to glasses

JUDITH

A group agent. Not one human and one assistant in a private thread — one agent across the people I actually live and work with, on the channels they already use, and in my glasses all day. The model is the easy part. The work is the harness.

SCROLL
// the shift

An agent for one person is a feature.
An agent for a group is a new social contract.

We can build agents today — a model, a loop, a few tools; you can stand one up this afternoon. Almost every one serves one person. Judith serves a group: it answers in the family thread, remembers across collaborators, and speaks first on the glasses. The moment an agent joins a group, it inherits problems a personal one never had — and trust becomes the whole product.

// the harness — three jobs

Join a group, and the harness takes on three jobs.

Each job is a problem the group creates — and a module that answers it. One message flows in from the group, through three modules, out to the room.

THE GROUP
many people,
one or many agents
Job 1
anyone in it can hijack the agent
GUARD
jataayu
vet actions by effect
Job 2
it accumulates everyone's memory, forever
MEMORY
smriti
keep · validate · forget
Job 3
one reply lands in front of many circles
ROUTE
seema
answer by who's asking
THE ROOM
right answer to
the right circle
// in your glasses · all day

She sees what I see — and speaks first.

On the glasses, Judith rides along, watches the scene, and speaks first only when it matters — hands-free, and the answer is for me alone. Same agent as the group threads; a different room, with a different rule for who's allowed to hear.

speak first

Proactive, not chatty

It only opens its mouth when the moment earns it — a marginal road, a signal worth surfacing.

see

Through her eyes

Continuous point-of-view; she reads the scene and fuses what she already knows about the day.

only I hear it

Routed to one circle

The glasses answer lands with me and no one else — the same routing job the harness does everywhere.
